This is a comprehensive questionnaire that you complete about your background, capacities, and goals for the role.
Initial 30 minute phone or video conference consultation
This is a chance for us to elaborate on areas of interest from the questionnaire, discuss timing and frequency of our meetings. I draw on nearly 15 years of career coaching experience to help you navigate the transition to this role.
Customized development plan
We will co-create this development plan to guide you toward the role.
Four follow-up telephone calls
Four phone calls, typically lasting 30 minutes, can be scheduled for the month following the consultation. We’ll use this time to deal with any setbacks you might be experiencing or answer any further questions.
One month of unlimited e-mail support
I will respond to emails within 24 business hours for one month from our consultation date. Thereafter, I will respond as I am able.
