If you’re moving forward with a chief of staff:
- Recruiting guidance: Consulting with you, your HR executive or partner, or other key leaders in your organization to identify candidates and hire the right person for the job. 2-4 hours*
- Success coaching: Coaching the CEO and chief of staff through the first 90 to 100 days. Focus on universal competencies for a chief of staff. 6-8 hours.
- Extended support: Coaching for the new chief of staff to provide frameworks, shift mindsets, change habits, and achieve sustained success. 4-6 hours. Up to one year (2 meetings per month) additional support, as needed. Support with transitions from one chief of staff to another. 4-6 hours.
- Peer networking and professional development: Access for your chief of staff to peer groups where he or she can network on your/your organization’s behalf and develop professionally through guest speakers, panel discussions, case studies, and other content.
If a chief of staff is not a fit for your organization:
Consulting on leadership gaps: consulting on leadership gaps to be filled with existing leadership team or other solutions. Typically 4-6 hours beyond the assessment.
